Muriel Bidon

Muriel Bidon also known as Mimie was born on July 1, 1977 in Brooklyn, N.Y. She was the daughter of Marie Yves Bidon and Eddie Bidon. She was the youngest of three siblings. Her siblings are David Jeanty and Cassandre Bidon. Mimie had a good life growing up despite her health problems with asthma since 18 months old. The family moved from N.Y. since November 1989. She completed elementary school at St. David Catholic School in Davie, Florida and graduated at 18 years old from Western High School in Davie, FL . Mimie got married right after graduating high school at age 18 to Dave Green. She became a mother at 20 years of age to her loving daughter Dominique Green (known to the family as Dodo) who is now 16 years old. Mimie's troubles began in adulthood. She grew up happy with support of family and friends. We are not sure what went wrong or where it went wrong. But she was hurt inside deeper than one can ever imagine. In 2007, she was diagnosed with severe depression that continued to progress despite medical attention and treatment. For the last six years she was fighting a battle stronger than she could handle which bought us to this grief that we are going through now. She was tired, unhappy, and miserable on the inside and couldn't fight anymore. The disease of severe depression got the best of our beloved Mimie. Mimie was loved by us all and will be missed. We pray that God will give her a peaceful rest. We trust in God and leave her in God hands.
