Billy Valdivia, 33, unexpectedly passed away Saturday, October 1, 2022, after being hit by a vehicle while crossing a street. Billy is survived by his daughter Penelope Valdivia, his mother Maria Rojas, his grandfather Carlos Munoz, and his sister Ivonne Iriarte. Those who predeceased him include his father Jorge Valdivia.

Billy was born and raised in Lima-Peru and, though he lived much of his adult life in Miami, he remained a Peruvian at heart. He was a veteran who proudly served the country for about 10 years and only retired in order to spend more time with his family. All who knew him appreciated his love for others, his free spirited and fun-loving personality, and above all the love to his daughter.

A funeral service will be held at Wilcox Family Funeral Home at 11:00 am with a short lunch break before heading to the South Florida National Cemetery for a Military Honors Burial at 2pm.
