Tapper, Julia Ann passed peacefully at Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood on November 11th, 2015. Julia Tapper will be deeply missed by her family and host of friends.
Resting at the Wilcox Family Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held in Koinonia Worship Center, 4900 West Hallandale Beach Blvd, Pembroke Park, Florida 33023 on November 20th at 3:00pm.
