June Marian Dietz, age 84, passed away on May 17th, 2015 in Weston, FL. After suffering the effects of Alzheimer's disease, she passed away peacefully in her sleep. June is survived by her husband of 63 years, Frederick, and daughters, Sharon and Linda and son, Mark. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 2 great-children.

June moved from Brooklyn, NY to Staten Island in 1972 where she lived for more than 40 years. She spent all of her working life as a legal assistant at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York City. She also spent part of the year in Florida and moved from Clearwater to Pembroke Pines in 2013 to be closer to family.

She loved playing bingo, making crafts, and spending time with friends at the Great Kills Swim Club. She was also a former volunteer at the Bay Pines VA Hospital in Bay Pines, Florida and past Vice President of the P.L.A.V Post 184 Ladies Auxiliary.

June was a loving wife and mother and will be dearly missed by her husband, family and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family would invite friends and family to make a donation in June's name to Hospice by the Sea ( www.hbts.org ) or the Alzheimer's Association ( www.alz.org ).
