Phillip was a kind and loving soul who marched to the beat of his own drum. Always ready to help another in need .. he was a true and loyal friend.

His Heart was filled with love for his family. He was a compassionate, caring son and wonderful brother. I could not have had a better brother than Phil. He was always there for me and I will carry his love in my Heart forever. He will be missed but not forgotten.
